Project Description

For this historic home located on Oak Lane, we embarked on a transformative interior remodeling project tailored to the preferences and needs of its homeowners. Our work included the addition of a brand-new master suite, a modernized kitchen, and the creation of three stylish bathrooms. To establish a sense of unity throughout the space, we strategically incorporated rich, dark oak accents, prominently featured in exposed beams and stair rails. This same exquisite wood was chosen for the flooring, enhancing the grandeur of the high ceilings and the spaciousness of certain areas within the house.

In deliberate contrast to the profound wood elements, the walls were adorned with a crisp, stone-inspired hue, providing a clean and refreshing backdrop. The fireplace and kitchen island were adorned with elegant Cararra marble, infusing a sense of brightness and sophistication. With a touch of playful modernity, the kitchen's backsplash was adorned with a captivating honeycomb pattern tile, introducing artistic texture and accentuating the expansiveness of this thoughtfully reimagined space.

The overall design effortlessly harmonizes refinement with a rustic aesthetic, yielding a living environment that exudes both meticulousness and comfort, radiance and openness, formality and warmth. Our Oak Lane historic home renovation project stands as a testament to our commitment to crafting spaces that perfectly blend style and functionality.
