Inspired by the great country estates of the Gilded Age, the residence reflects a commitment to enduring materials, balanced proportions, and craftsmanship that will stand the test of time.

The exterior is defined by hand-laid stone masonry, authentic slate roofing, and carefully proportioned rooflines that establish both presence and permanence. Inside, reclaimed oak doors, exposed timber beams, leaded glass, vintage herringbone flooring, custom ironwork, and architectural millwork create interiors rich in texture and craftsmanship. These materials were selected not as individual focal points, but as part of a unified architectural language carried throughout the home.

The kitchen reflects that same philosophy. Custom cabinetry, reclaimed wood shelving, Carrara marble countertops, and a generous island create a space that is equally functional and enduring. Every finish supports the home's broader architectural character, allowing the kitchen to feel as timeless as the structure itself rather than defined by contemporary trends.
