Project Description

This enchanting Main Line home has undergone a comprehensive renovation, skillfully preserving its original charm and harmonizing with its natural surroundings. The exterior has been enhanced subtly yet significantly with the addition of high-pitched rooflines, adorned with exquisite copper gutters, accents, and a standing seam pent-roof gracing the entryway. Complementing the warm copper tones, bespoke indigo shutters now adorn the front windows.

Inside, the theme of blue is thoughtfully carried through the interior design. Both the living room fireplace and the kitchen island serve as vibrant focal points in the common areas. The kitchen has been meticulously designed with an open-air concept, featuring under-the-counter cabinetry exclusively, while above, rustic open shelving crafted from rough sawn lumber adds a touch of rustic elegance.

In the master bathroom, a marble double vanity and a freestanding marble tub have been added, alongside a generously sized rain-head shower. The soft, light-gray marble beautifully contrasts with the rich dark wood floors and mixed-metal finishes, resulting in a space that seamlessly blends modernity with rustic charm, creating a timeless and captivating atmosphere.
